After completing a Bachelor's degree in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Wolverhampton / UK, as well as several moving film productions, I quit the film world in 2002 and switched (back) to the tourism industry.
From 2002 to 2015, as Managing Director, I revitalised and restructured the 5* Camping Birkelt holiday park with 430 pitches in Larochette in Luxembourg. Under my lead and management, the company was sold to an international group in 2015, together with a fully approved project development for a further 130 pitches and a new swimming pool complex.
Following my interest in tourism and destination development, I successfully completed a part-time Master's degree in "MSc Location and Regional Management" at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences in Dornbirn, Austria, in 2013.
Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to the topics of camping, leisure properties and destination development as a management consultant, broker and project manager, and I am available to companies as well as municipalities, cities and regions in rural areas for the planning and implementation of their tourism projects.
